Solar Palenque

With the purpose of being even more sustainable, we are working with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and artists to construct the first mezcal palenque solely powered by the sun.

Mobile Palenque

Following the european tradition of mobile distilleries going from town to town, we are builiding a traveling “palenque”, that will go to remote lands to create some limited edition mezcales.

Bats

In recognition of the indispensable work that bats do, as the principle pollinators for some agave species, we’re developing a limited edition mezcal, where some of the proceeds will be destined to the conservation and study of it.

9 Mezcales, 1 collection

By 2018, we will complete our collection of Mezcales de Leyenda, offering an artisanal mezcal made from a different agave that is endemic from each of the 9 states that make up the Denomination of Origin of Mezcal
